Job Summary
As a Server at Badlands, You will be taking orders, answering questions about our food & drink options and providing exceptional guest service with a pleasant demeanor. Your ultimate goal is to make every guest feel at home and wow them with an excellent dining experience unique to Badlands.

Responsibilities

Ensuring that all restaurant menu items meet operational standards
Greeting all guests in a polite and friendly manner with a smile
Take and serve orders
Issue bills and accept payment
Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff
Handle complaints or problems with a positive attitude
Carrying and balancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
Serving our guests in a timely manner
Clearing plates & dishware from tables as needed

Qualifications

Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays
Ability to be flexible in all situations based on business need
Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at Badlands
Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
Attention to cleanliness and safety
Patience and customer-oriented approach
Friendly attitude & excellent people skills
Responsible & trustworthy
